I personally think I would have 1-2 [Massivhausbauern] roughly plan something for me to see what rough sum you would come up with for the house. Don’t forget the ancillary purchase costs. And then look for the plot of land. It is, of course, quite likely that due to the prices and your budget you "have to" take a smaller plot where only a two-story house fits. Would that also be conceivable for you? Then alternatively you could have such a two-story house calculated/offered. A detailed plan must of course be made later and a rough plan will hardly be accurate in terms of price afterwards, but it gives you a reference point.

I will ask the provider of our acquaintance and then write it to you via PN. Purchase incidental costs are purchase incidental costs, correct. Construction incidental costs must also be considered. You can find quite a bit about that here in the forum. We ourselves have bought existing property.

Geothermal heating compared to gas and solar about 15 surcharge. Clinker about 15 surcharge. Engobed roof tiles about 8 extra. And so on. When I spoke of my 270 to 300, I meant standard.

Yes, sorry. I am relatively new to house building and do not know exactly what is standard. The engineering office told us, for example, that no gas heating systems are allowed to be installed in new buildings anymore. How can that be standard? Thanks anyway for your help.
