Cost estimation of house to determine the budget for the land

Unfortunately no. It is not planned in the foreseeable future either. We have inquired at the relevant responsible offices. We have often heard indications that it only works privately now. Once a property is listed on the exchanges, it is too late. Privately we have already asked about everything. Many were simply faster than us.

Don't know how it is in your area... is there a specific supermarket (or several) or similar where most people regularly go, so that it might make sense to put up a notice with a phone number there... maybe there really is someone who has a property available and hasn't promised it to anyone yet.

We had exactly the same ideas, exactly such an ad in the daily newspaper for older people who are not so internet-savvy. We will tackle that in the near future. We also simply drove through beautiful areas and spoke to people who were out walking. Often very nice people, but without any idea regarding plots.
