I would purchase the property from a private seller.

You know what we wrote on your first post about it, so don't be surprised if the tax office sees it differently than your contractor or the real estate agent. Unlike the others, we don't want anything from you. Your contractor pointed you to the clause (regardless of what is written in the asterisks) and is thus off the hook.

House connections/drainage are very minimal, but you can check with the city/suppliers yourself to find out what it costs in your area. Earthworks 6k is also for an absolutely flat plot. Not much work can be done for that. What are the outdoor facilities like? How much paving is planned? Terrace? Entrance platform? Everything is calculated very tightly.

Do you even read what the people here write? It is a tied selling... The tax office will charge you taxes on the total amount, no matter what your construction company tells you. Highly unprofessional.

Try to get the statement in writing that if the tax office charges you purchase incidental costs on the total amount, the builder will pay you the purchase incidental costs. Only what is written down stays. Nothing oral or that won't happen anyway.

I bet he'll start dancing then.
But you seem to be resistant to advice anyway, so do as you please. It's not my money.
