@TE: was any construction site report part of the development plan or the documents related to the property? Otherwise, you should ask yourself how much buffer is in your financing or how much additional financing you can or want to afford

Actually, it was only about the construction financing or the construction financing proposal and not about the construction company, everything drifted a bit.

I am not a moderator, how could I be, everyone should be able to write their opinion, but is it wrong to mention once to put the OP and his plans at the center, to address that specifically and in such a way that it is clear that one is expressing one’s own opinion and not pretending that this is the rule and always so because............?!?!

What you mention there I do not question at all and if I do, I ask about it, but others do that without asking first how things actually look. Just look at this thread alone, there are advice given that wasn’t requested, things come up where it would be smarter to refer the OP to another thread if he wanted to deal with that topic, but why doesn’t the OP ask for that and why does he ask a financing question if others think first they should talk about the plot or the building?

No arguments, the theater with my father starts. Zaba at least refers to another thread, the OP asks again concretely and rightly regarding the financing once more. Then suddenly the construction work description comes into play again, then caspar aus der Hecke with the appraisal for the plot, the OP answers that, then the OP wants to mock users here..........

What was the OP’s actual concern here? Why did he choose the subforum Financings??

I have read many, many threads these days, it runs through the two threads Baufinanzierung Forum – Allgemeine Fragen and Finanzierungsplan/Finanzierungsvarianten like a red thread. I find that very, very unfortunate because there are great questions, great inquiries, many who need help in this area and wish for it, but very often to almost always everything drifts off, concrete proposals for better models don’t come, quite a lot is presented incorrectly on a professional level (I only mean professionally here, not opinions/views!!!), little is corrected, it stays wrong like that, instead it goes again to completely different things than those that were requested.

Well, I just wanted to mention that as a newbie, probably annoying, was too much too, but I had to get that off my chest because I find all of that very, very unfortunate.
