No, we haven’t done that, the expert said it was not necessary after he read the development plan for the property.
By applications, I also meant that we have to pay for the connections that are invoiced to us.

You’re kidding me, right? The soil investigation report is one of the most important bases for the foundation and relevant for the structural calculation (statics) of the house. Maybe you have a high groundwater level? Do you know that? Or clay soil so that more needs to be excavated than 40cm?

He saw by reading the development plan that the soil is load-bearing and how it should be compacted with which gravel. *Facepalm*

It would not be impossible that soil surveys were distributed with the development plan. That was also the case with us. For each plot, a soil sample (core drilling) and an infiltration test were done, most property owners then saved themselves a detailed report.
