According to the general construction service description, the tiles are estimated at ~25€/m^2. I cannot assess what quality you get for that. We will definitely take up the tip about Hanover. The plot is currently the reason why everything might be delayed. We are on various interested parties’ lists. On a building area that was supposed to be developed this year, field hamsters have recently been spotted. So we still have some time.

I was mistaken about the floors. According to the general construction service description, these are only in the kitchen / bathrooms. The rest of the floors will be laid by ourselves. The price the construction company would estimate for individual additional rooms almost equals the cost of an entire floor (material + labor for a known tiler).

Satellite roof tile is already recorded as an additional service. Various multimedia sockets are planned. Which of these will ultimately be connected with LAN / satellite signal still needs to be discussed with the electrician later, if I understood correctly.

If it is true that our region is simply very inexpensive, this would be the solution to the puzzle.

Thank you very much for the feedback

The LAN is, in my post, the standard bearer for various other extras. One extra could be, for example, laying larger tile formats than 30 x 30. But as already says: small regional BUs are more flexible and do not charge huge surcharges for everything right away.

Then visit a tile showroom and see what you get for your money. Our calculation had €45/m². For the kitchen, we were at €49/m², the upstairs bathroom and entrance were about €30/m², and the ground floor bathroom, building services, and utility room were about €20/m². Ask your general contractor where the tiles will be purchased. Ours, for example, has no sample rooms. Also check which formats are specified in the scope of work description. Walk-in showers tiled at floor level, larger formats, etc., may incur additional costs.

Consider which work you want and can do yourselves. The offer assumes quite a bit. If it's too much, have the trades offered separately.

Look around and decide what suits you and what you like. Finding a compromise during the selection process will be difficult if two different tastes clash.

Hmm, I know the plots in the area go like hotcakes. Although I mainly know the Wolfsburg area.

Sorry, haydee, but this is just another scare tactic: floor tiles 24.95, wall 19.95. Floor is porcelain stoneware, wall is standard tile. Stainless steel strips standard, 60 by 30 standard format. Also floor-level shower. Sanitary objects D Code from Duravit in standard. It DOES NOT have to, it CAN cost 49 per sqm. Karsten

I did not write that the 25 euros are not enough! We also have tiles for under 25 euros but also others. Installing large formats can cost extra, similarly level-floor installation can cost extra. That's why I said he should see what he gets.

I thank everyone for their contributions.

After studying the construction service description again, talking to acquaintances (who have already built here), and reading the posts here, I now assume that the prices are somewhat cheaper here.

We will obtain further offers until the building land is developed. I would post further questions regarding the construction service description or financing elsewhere.
