Well, I am curious then
As said, it is really not meant badly, but as far as I can remember, I once saw a report that the population in Thuringia has been continuously declining for decades.
But at home, it is still the nicest place for many, and then it is the personal AAA situation

Do these costs make up the majority of the ancillary construction costs or are they additional?:

The following building-related development costs are not included:

    [*]Water production contribution for the actual floor area
    [*]Production contribution for the sewer connection. The contribution basis here is the allowable floor area
    [*]House connection costs for the use of the local heating network

Unfortunately, I haven’t read the whole thread, but I just wanted to say that we were in the same, similar situation. We have similar income and equity and also live in the southern part of Munich. We were really lucky because our building plot only cost €1,100/sqm. Neighboring plot is already being sold for €1,300…

Well, regarding your question about the house. We are building a semi-detached house and it will cost about €380,000. So just the house and basement without additional costs, etc. But I suspect we will end up at €400,000.

Where do you want to build? Sounds a lot like Oberhaching or Wuermtal…

Yes, it is Oberhaching and the chances are slim, because we will not offer 1,400 - 1,600€/sqm. The prices are outrageous, but the same applies to the apartments. With 1,300€/sqm we could come to terms here, but it certainly won't be enough.
