I can absolutely understand that. It’s just too outrageous. In our street, the price per sqm is now over 2,000!!!!

My colleague bought a plot of land in Oberhaching three years ago. But three years ago, it still looked different... just very bitter.

It's okay to set a personal pain threshold. Even if you could manage 1400, you have to be happy with the overall package. So throw 1300 into the ring and wait to see what happens. There are at least signs that the (comparably moderately heated) real estate market in [D] is calming down because an EU regulation regarding lending is in effect or will come into effect.

Of course, that takes a little time, but it could work in your favor in 2-3 years.

Exactly what we will do is set a personal pain threshold so that we can still build a reasonable house. If it should work out. The location is not quite central within the town, there are some application criteria, i.e. it could still work.

For Ohg, I quickly found only a development area west of a railway line. Just to be safe, take some time and spend an hour or two there to see how loud it could get...

I might not offer a flat amount of 1300, but rather 1313 or so, then you might have just outbid that one competitor by a small margin...

That is planned. We will also submit bids for all the [Grundstücke], sometimes more, sometimes less for similar sizes. One can also withdraw... The [Grundstücke] are located far enough from the railway line.
