After I have now looked at the website, I also know why the name Villa Belavista sounds so familiar to me. It is just around the corner here in Radebeul with all the millionaires.

What is a Wutz? And what do you mean by gratitude? I'm messing around here and looking around. Just collecting ideas. That's what the forum is called. If it annoys you, read somewhere else.

The cottage would pass without an attic. That's cute enough anyway.

And no, our architect didn't offer us any floor plan at all. We had to come with our own templates.

The 1.5-story (which doesn’t even exist) came from you. That’s why I assume 1.
And regarding the basement, I was talking about the _corresponding_ basement:
Of course, a basement can also be a full story, not just the floor that a roof carries. For that, one should look into their state building code to see how a full story is defined for their federal state.

Very complicated. So if I take the neighboring house now... It stands on a slope. In the slope is a basement that is only open at the back. Then there are 2 storeys and then a huge roof on top, which is, however, not developed - but it could be. Is it now two-and-a-half storeys or just two? Or even three-and-a-half because of the basement? Isn't it defined uniformly?

I think that's nonsense. I just talked to the newbies for about half an hour about the house. Not since then. Apparently, the impression arises that I constantly pressure and lecture them. I don't even talk to them. Zero. Not a single word since then.

I'm only doing this for fun for myself. What they do then will be a surprise and then we'll throw everything on the table and stir vigorously.

Apart from that, we definitely can't afford more than one house. Honestly, how many here just build 2-3 houses? I think very few! So we're happy if we manage one and we don't even consider ourselves the poorest.

That's why mistakes would be shitty – you'd regret them your whole life.
My daddy, for example, built his first house at 18. One corner didn't quite end up 90 degrees when he was laying bricks. He still has nightmares about it and it reduces the value of the house. That's crap. It doesn't have to be that way.

Is it still acceptable to plan a washing machine in a large bathroom today or is that completely inappropriate?
