With a mansard roof, the rectangular floor plan is close by. I just fear that this then requires a development plan that does not include specifications on the roof pitch — one that only specifies the ridge direction, however, fits.

Well, let's see about the roof. In the neighboring village, there is apparently already one like that. So it might be possible for us too. But in the end, you can put a mansard roof on any floor plan, right? So first we're looking for the floor plan and then we'll see if we can afford such a roof.

Based on the sketch, a simple or plain floor plan is difficult to realize, or am I missing something? I would place the entrance at the front (NO) on a long side.
