Collect floor plans of 150m2 for our house

I have a question. The property has a slight slope. The difference over the entire width of the house is about 40 to 50 cm. Now I saw a staircase solution that I really like. For that, you would have to raise a room by this half meter while the rest of the house remains level. What do I do with the ceiling then? Is that even possible?

The price "heals" many dreams ;-(

In houses significantly under 400 sqm, this does not come into effect in my opinion.
