I am surprised that I haven’t read anything about this here yet:
In the new coalition agreement it is written "The funding programs of the KfW will be merged into two central programs and simplified: one program for new construction and one for modernization."
Does anyone perhaps already have a well-functioning crystal ball regarding what this could mean for new construction? You occasionally read here and there that it is supposed to be something like a temporary reissue of the KfW 55 or EH 55 funding. Unfortunately, my research results end at this point. I would be interested in your opinions.
