What will be placed on the still available area next to No. 6? Will it become part of the residence/garden complex, or what is planned there?

I would also look at how the residents of plot 2 and 6 have arranged their gardens. Is there any privacy screening? What do the gardens generally look like? Meticulously maintained, full of junk, or somewhere in between? How old are the residents? That tells a lot about the future neighbors and what kind of noise/visual impact to expect from there.

And: How/where do we place the house in relation to the path of the sun? Do you want a breakfast terrace or rather evening sun, do you like the south side or not?

I can't upload the documents, I always get an error message...

So we have to live with the cropped image...

Plot 6 is free, plot 2 is reserved, so it could still become available... The plot in the corner next to 6 is also still free, but above our budget...

North is at the top.

This is a completely new development area, the residences/care facility will still be built, so nothing is known yet about neighbors and gardens.. At the moment it is basically just a completely new area, with nothing on it :)

For us, the evening sun is more important, because we like to sit outside in the evening. During the day you are usually out and about anyway, especially because of work..

I meant the already built-up areas on the plan to the right of plot No. 2, for example. In the newly uploaded drawing in gray. Are they not built on yet? They at least border directly on No. 2, right? At No. 6 I see that there is still a green strip in between, so that is probably less relevant there.

At No. 6 you have the entrance with two parking spaces directly in front of the house.
Where is the delivery entrance at the residence? I could imagine that various delivery vans for food, laundry, etc. arrive there early in the morning.

You’ll have to take a look. The sun should be right behind the day care center by quitting time. I assume it then has 4-5 floors? Regarding the evening sun, none of the properties should be really great though.

I would also clarify the issue of access. The yellow road does not go all the way to the property; maybe it is a private road? Is there a barrier there, where does the garbage collection pick up, are you co-owners there or do you get a right of way over the day care center’s grounds?

For both plots, the residences are located in the west; I would check how tall they will be and how much evening sun you will actually get there.

Do you have (planned) children? They also like to have sun earlier in the day. :) And on weekends, you are outside during the day anyway.
As indicated, both houses also have space for a terrace on the south side.

Subjectively, number 6 feels too close, especially because of the entrance.
