Also, what @Fuchsbau35 writes also gives reason to think.

Haven't you just renovated or built?
What wrote gave us a lot to consider.
In some other posts, similar things were reported, although not quite as extreme. In any case, the trend is similar, so we are not pursuing this property any further.
Yes, built. We have now been in the new house for about a year, but I also quickly let go of the idea that you only build once in a lifetime.
We are not actively looking, but if a suitable opportunity for a larger plot arises, we would dare to do it again. It has to fit uncompromisingly.
Otherwise, I agree that the neighborhood of a senior residence does not necessarily promise quiet even at night. In our old place of residence, as soon as the senior residence opened, there were regularly ambulances, police patrols, and helicopters flying around, the latter searching for missing residents.
It's not funny, I know, but a helicopter flying over your house because it is searching for a missing resident... You usually only know that from some movies where they search for fugitive prisoners or bank robbers or such.
My reason for hesitation here would be the question of why single-family house suitable plots are put up for general sale instead of being sold specifically to those people interested in a more architecturally home-near form of "assisted living light." That would actually be more obvious, also from a return perspective.
What I only know is that the BRW for the adjacent plots is 175€, the seller asks about 225€, and 3 out of 6 plots have already been sold...
That's why I appreciate the exchange of experience here. Who knows if the buyers are aware of what might await them...
