Bungalow floor plan planning in Brandenburg

Good day house building friends,
we have not made much progress with our planning yet and wanted to ask for advice again. We now have 10-15 floor plans in the selection that we like. But we absolutely cannot estimate where the house should eventually be located.
1.) The location should be suitable for photovoltaics, max 7-10KW system
2.) Possibly a double garage?!
3.) The bungalow should definitely be very bright considering the location.
4.) We actually don't care whether the entrance should be east or south (see picture "Hier2")
or north-east (see picture "Hier1")
5.) The shape would also not matter to us whether L-shaped or false L-shaped. (130m2-150m2)

We would simply like to have suggestions from experienced users and would be very happy.

Without a floor plan, the discussion is pointless for you.
It’s like asking "Which fuel should I use?" without telling anything about your car or engine.

The floor plan and the plot must be coordinated with each other.

There are enough floor plans and house designs on the internet. What exactly do you want us to google for you now?
Maybe you are going about it the wrong way: if you have endless money, then hire an architect.
If you have to calculate and therefore have to build with a general contractor to better budget, then you should familiarize yourself with the standard house types of the general contractor favorite. Some things can often be changed and Ps: a house is usually planned according to the plot of land and adapted to it, not the other way around.

Edit: just saw #16… first the plot of land should be finalized!

Today I played around a bit with the program and tried to place everything to scale on the property to see if it all harmonizes as you described above.

Pros from our perspective:
a lot of the property left over.
large entrance area
bright living/dining/kitchen area

Cons from our perspective:
photovoltaic system orientation?
long driveway

Windows, doors, etc. are not fixed in position. Just a draft.
Do you think at first glance -> should we start from the beginning or can we continue working on it?

after numerous catalogs and floor plans, we came across 2 floor plans in this forum that we like significantly better than those from the catalogs.
Can you give a recommendation on which floor plan is most sensible for the plot linked below?

Many thanks to the forum members for providing the floor plans. We have amateurishly tried to modify them according to our ideas.
Would you recommend a different building type?

The immediate neighbor has built a 1 1/2 story house directly on the 3m boundary. We do not yet know which house will be built to the south on the available plot.

All floor plans still have to be mirrored because we obviously want the entrance directly on the street. The garage should be placed directly at the boundary to the neighbor.

I find the upper floor plan the best because it’s ours :cool: If you want to see it live, just get in touch. I can offer you a visit :) We are building near Potsdam. The screed is currently drying and the drywall construction starts at the latest tomorrow.
