I would not orient my house according to a photovoltaic system.

That is far too fast-paced and possibly outdated again in 5 or 10 years. If you can build one on it, you should do it; if not, you should leave it. However, turning the house on the plot just to get the modules in the right direction is not something I consider desirable.

Today, you still need 25 modules for 10 kWp. Ten years ago, it was 50 modules, and in 10 years, you will only need 5 modules.

And with the plot, it would make sense to mount the modules on a frame at the back edge of the property. There they get sun all day long.

I see it a bit differently. If you already invest €15,000+ in the photovoltaic system, you don’t want to replace it again after 5 years. We have a total of 39 modules with a capacity of 13.26 kWp. We did not align the house according to the photovoltaic system. After all, the house has 4 roof sides, so you designate two sides you want to equip. Or you equip all four at once.
