Bungalow floor plan planning in Brandenburg

We simply have problems determining where it is best to place which bungalow type/shape (L or corner bungalow).

Mark on a plan where you want the rooms to be. Make sketches. Again and again! Step away from the PC! And turn to pencil!

From the feeling, we would also build directly on the border to the neighbor

You can also enjoy the open view into the neighbor's garden. Just by the way. Many people, and you are among them, focus far too much on the neighbor instead of on themselves. With the right planting, you can later romp naked in the garden.

Are you sure about the measurements? In my opinion, the proportions do not match the picture.

thanks for the drawing, since the lower property has already been surveyed, we were able to take over the data 1 to 1.

We actually hadn’t considered putting the house at the end yet. :eek: We need to let that sink in now and redraw it on paper.

If it were mine (I can't manage it either... with a length of 42 it would be about 25 meters wide):



Living/dining and kitchen facing the terrace, north of the technical room. In the middle east the bedroom (you would have to mediate between house/garage about a window), child in the southeast... office/guest north or northwest...

Since the lower plot has already been surveyed, we were able to adopt the data 1 to 1.

I can't quite follow. Are the two supposed to be the same? I would recommend following up on that. If the numbers don’t match the appearance of the survey plan, then one of them is incorrect.

That is the most common option. However, for the driveway, one would still need to check whether a minimum distance to the turning area is required.
