Bungalow floor plan approx. 140-150m² - Please provide feedback

This bungalow on a plot smaller than 600 means: no significant garden!

Regarding the floor area ratio: we are allowed to build just 125 on 650...

Regarding the floor plan: a single kitchen is marked there. I don't see a bar or refrigerator. The hallway is not only long, it also bends... that will probably be less cozy. It is also a pure waste of space.

It is not possible on 500-600 sqm. Let's say 550 sqm of land. Floor area ratio 0.3. Equals 550 times 0.3 equals 165 sqm of buildable area including terraces max. Would result in a house of approximately 13.5 by 10 plus terrace. Your house is bigger. Forget it. Anyone who wants to build that needs more land. Karsten

(Massa Haus - Lifestyle 33 V1), in which we are currently experimenting with the floor plan. Basically, almost everything has been changed. The house was mirrored and rotated, the entrance was relocated, and the living area was swapped with the sleeping areas.

I have now taken a look at the base model, and you have really played a thorough game of "musical chairs." So much so that I am once again questioning how much sense it still makes to keep the "framework." Are the plots available for selection both oriented the same way, so that the same floor plan can "fit" both considering the directions?
