If it really comes down to the price, then take a look at the Bungalow 100 with 4 rooms for €226,000. You save €20,000 there and can still upgrade to an air-water heat pump and underfloor heating. Because everything else would already be crazy with a new build today. You can no longer use gas and heat pumps will be the future. And with solar, a very affordable solution.
Then maybe a little bit will be left for ancillary costs (earthworks, connections). So calculate about €270k. Because the additional costs for floor coverings, painting, and also upgrades should not be underestimated. Because take a look here:
T and C also add up. You absolutely have to consider the ancillary costs, so even €270k will be tight. Of course, I don’t know if you already have a plot of land; if so, the price should fit.

I found something here again. However, it's already from 2018. And it was exactly about the tip I wrote earlier regarding the Flair 130 ;)
It's not a complete construction specification but at least a little insight.

And for how many people? As already said: 100-110 is very compact for a family. I would rather build a Flair with an attic for the same money.

At our place, the furniture on which the devices to be charged lie is also against the wall. Dining table close enough to the wall, phone by the bed, which is also against the wall, everything else on my husband’s desk, which is also against the wall. But there is a distribution box attached underneath the desk.

Otherwise, a house saleswoman gave me a good tip right at the beginning: Everything that can only be retrofitted with great effort later on, install it as much as possible right away, and rather save on things that can be replaced.

Shutters were a given for us, and therefore they also got motors. I’m absolutely glad about that; in winter, I would have little desire to manually raise and lower all 10 shutters every day.

For that reason, in the bathroom area, we didn’t splurge and took, for example, the standard toilet. I can easily replace it anytime if I don’t like it anymore (which is currently not the case).

One should carefully consider in that regard what one will need or want to have in the next 10 or 20 years.

The information is somewhat sparse. Whether you can build at this price also depends on how flexible you are. First of all, the plot is naturally of interest. What are the values for the floor area ratio, building boundary, size, etc., and what does the development plan say about it? Does the bungalow even fit there, and are you allowed to build it there? Also, the question is whether two children will actually be moving in? Then you usually get a better price/performance ratio in terms of space with 1.5-story houses.

An important question would also be whether you can contribute your own work? What about filling, painting, laying floors? With some support, you might even manage the electrical work or plumbing?

Danwood, for example, offers the "Family" program, where you get a, in my opinion, fair price/performance offer with painting, floors, and interior doors as own work (from the OK floor slab). However, opinions on quality standards differ here as well.

I don't actually know whether other manufacturers offer similar deals. Surely the original poster will be happy if these are mentioned here, if anyone has a tip. In any case, you should always inquire about local providers before committing to someone.

This misconception will come back to bite us.. In a few years there will be no alternatives and the prices will rise sky-high without alternatives. We are just making ourselves dependent on one product again.
