I have now completed the first bills for all consumption costs and am at about €140/month for electricity, gas, and water for 100m².
Garbage comes to €12.5/month for three people.
Property tax: I almost fell over... previously for the 70m² prefab apartment I paid about 80% of what they now want for the single-family house. A joke, honestly. (I mean the ratio – that just doesn’t add up, in my opinion). But I really don’t want to complain, I had feared much worse. Currently, it’s €35/quarter.
Still missing are house insurance (€200/year, I took out even the impact of space debris for fun because I found it so funny) and internet €45/month.
So without reserves and expenses for craftsmen (maintenance or similar) €230/month for 100m².
I also have household insurance, but I see it as a separate item... not as part of the house’s ancillary costs. About €10/month.
For the 70m² apartment it was previously €150. The ratio of ancillary costs per m² has thus held up surprisingly well.
