And for how many people? As already said: 100-110 is very compact for a family. I would rather build a Flair with an attic for the same money.

You should seriously reflect on whether aesthetic concerns play a bigger role here than the gain in living space concerning the question of price.

You have this problem everywhere. The product gas heating is also dependent on gas, which is traded on the stock exchange.

The advantage of renewables in the long run is the decreasing primary energy demand -> This can be seen quite well with electric cars, which have a significantly higher efficiency. Of course, everything is still quite difficult but solvable.
