This discussion is getting too stupid for me. Sorry, but I certainly am not afraid of weapons, but weapons do not belong in private hands. That is my opinion, and I don’t need treatment for it. Period.

things are really heating up here even though the thread starter is right in some aspects. however, the inviolability of the apartment is the apartment itself and not some boards outside on the property. the state has of course left some backdoors open for every kind of nonsense to simply circumvent basic laws (just consider the general conscription until a few years ago, where basic rights were knowingly denied to soldiers).

what i don’t quite understand: if it is just a simple enclosure made of a few boards and foil: why can’t it just be torn down? that surely can be done in 1 day.

why can't it just be torn down? It would certainly be done in 1 day.[/QUOTE] Hello Payday it certainly doesn't take a whole day. Carefully estimated, the enclosure will be gone in 3 hours. I already said: let's first take a look at the letter from the building authority. If it's based on existing laws, then the enclosure will just have to go. I still do not consider an on-site inspection (even fenced property falls under Article 13GG) to be justified. Steven

This will be gone in 3 hours - writing this certainly took longer

But don't let that stop you, I find it exciting

Hello

I will skip the somewhat silly statements regarding Reichsbürger etc. This pubescent behavior really does not indicate great intelligence. I also do not want to address the (treatable) hoplophobia at the moment. What struck me about this thread is the seemingly reviving blind obedience, which unfortunately is manifesting again in Germany. This has gone wrong many times before. The majority of users cannot understand that a request from an authority can be denied if there is no legal basis underlying it or cited. This is mindlessly confirmed by most. Your opinion is clear: When the authority comes, don’t question it, let it act. Otherwise, they might get angry. This attitude is also strongly supported by a stalwart official, who cannot believe that such a cheeky citizen (subject?) dares to contradict the authorities. He also confidently says that they take a very close look at such people. Apparently, he considers harassment an appropriate means to show such a citizen (subject?) where the frog has its curls. This attitude is sad in my eyes. People, grow some balls. Ducking down brings short-term gain; in the long run, it will strip you of your rights. Fundamental rights are the rights that stand above everything. If they are to be circumvented, every constitutional means must be used to question this. I am done.

Wrong. Most people here say: you want something from the office, then be cooperative.
It's logical and has nothing to do with "blind obedience."
You wouldn't act differently in your private life. Someone wants something from you but insults you? I don't think you'd want to approach them then.

Same here: the OP wants a postponement but wants to offend the office. That's just not how it works in most cases..

So it's quite simple.
