This is not an administrative act. The characteristic of regulation is missing. It is merely a notification serving to prepare an administrative act. And presumably, it can also be issued based on the files alone. But presumably, it would then be a burdensome administrative act that you will not like. I interpret this as the building authority accommodating you here and therefore granting another on-site appointment to find a solution together. You would be better advised to talk with the office.

Hello aero2016

I will communicate reasonably with the office.
Maybe they will give me 4 months. If the administrative act (Abbau) takes place at short notice, I have to somehow buy time. I thought of an objection. If necessary, a lawyer has to handle it. I would prefer the peaceful way.
An inspection is not up for discussion at the moment. At least not without clear legal requirements.
Thank you for the assessment.

Steven

You missed the deadline and now don't want to take responsibility, so the condition is met. As mentioned above, there are not only rights but also duties. But you would probably be my very favorite neighbor...

I wish you much fun. I really think, before you sit in front of your property with the [GG], as has been recommended several times, you should seek legal advice. Sometimes officials develop a certain zeal...

Dear thread starter, as a civil servant I'll tell you, this is getting out of hand. For you. We love that. The citizen messes up, doesn't even admit it, bites the hand that's offered, acts miserable. Then it just goes differently, then everything gets checked very very thoroughly. There are cadastral maps and google earth. Good grief, how can anyone be so stubborn! Karsten
