What more is there to say here? I have rarely read such nonsense from the OP. This is already bullying to read here.

What does that mean? Nothing in writing?

Required or suggested?

That is your interpretation. Nowadays even the authorities use computers which at least log all important appointments with explanations. Even if the paper file should have gone missing, which I consider unlikely, the processes (application, approval, start of construction, final inspection, ...) regarding a property are traceable.

Hadn’t you mentioned before that you made a counterproposal which was rejected? Too bad, but maybe you have already overstrained the patience of the employees.

Which most likely will not save you from the site inspection.

If I imagine having a neighbor like the OP in the future, I seriously have to consider emigrating to Germany...... Anyone who displays such behavior after a serious illness (still wishing you a speedy recovery) clearly has NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING at all, understood about life. I'm out of here...

As I understood it correctly, the OP once tried to play police officer and is now trying to claim his (perceived) rights.

He should ask himself why he no longer performs this job. Sorry, but laws are there to be followed.

Hello Escroda

There was nothing in writing. The removal of the enclosure was assured verbally.
The site inspection is requested.
The application, approval, start of construction, and final inspection were completed quite some time ago. It is solely about the enclosure.
I made the counterproposal yesterday morning by phone. It was rejected. The prerequisite for everything is, according to the building authority’s statement, a site inspection.
If the enclosure is removed, I see a site inspection as even less necessary. Then there simply is no reason anymore.
