I don't need a server per se. I have a RPI4 with the Z-Stick 7 for my Z-Z-Wave devices for HomeAssistant. Data is stored on a NAS. The warmest device is still the Fritzbox. And yes, thanks to central ventilation, the waste heat from the technology is also useful for heat recovery :P

Does anyone have experience with the Eltako Wibutler? Can you also create automations with the Wibutler? This is a smart home central unit that can connect Z-Wave, Zigbee, and Enocean. Does anyone possibly know another central unit that can do this?

are there any alternatives to the Wibutler? I only know homee, but Wibutler is probably better, right?

Seen it now and then at trade fairs, personally I'm not interested, so I don't have more than Google or brochure knowledge about it.
