Hello everyone. I found out yesterday that from 17.05. there will no longer be funding if you buy from "relatives". I really find that annoying and I am really angry! I live with my wife and my 4 children in my parents' house. Now we wanted to buy the half that we live in for about 190,000 euros from my parents. Since November 2018 I have been busy with the partition declaration. All documents had to be collected. The property was re-surveyed, etc.
After the building authority took an eternity and finally certified everything, we went to the notary. He, in turn, was not satisfied with the work of the building authority. But he also messed up. We had to attend two appointments because he did not find all the errors at once. But even here there was a month between the two appointments. The notary was not available beforehand. Now the documents have been with the notary for three weeks and we are waiting for the confirmation. The document must be signed and then the partition can be entered in the land register. Only then can the purchase finally take place and now I read that it has not been possible to get this funding for 9 days.
Why was this not announced? I follow the news daily and have not read or heard anything about it anywhere. I only stumbled upon it yesterday by chance when I did the preliminary check at [KfW]. At first so much was promised... then the funding period was shortened, then they wanted to make it dependent on the area and now this! These deceitful politicians!
Is there really no way left to get this funding? If not: Who pays people like me for the considerable effort and costs for the partition declaration? And no dear "apokolok" 190,000 euros is certainly not a discounted price! Not all children get their parents' properties thrown at them. For me, this regulation certainly makes no sense.
