I really like the floor plan. The living room is large, the dining room would be too small for me. However, it could be easily and even cost-effectively enlarged. The bedroom wouldn’t bother me. I only come up with roughly 250sqm living space, but it’s still amazing. And then something like the 3 light courts as well. What would the price be there? 700,000?

Yep, 260. The 360 was a big fat typo.

Yes. No. We roughly have 2 meters more length for 2 people and it’s tight with the fridge/freezer etc. Leave out the seating at the counter – it’s more comfortable to sit at the table.

What exactly is a living island?

As shown, your island seems very small to me. So I would have suggested a peninsula that connects at the bottom of the plan. This means that the floor-to-ceiling window would have to be reduced in size.

What is enough space for you? What do you need there? For me, it would be far too little, but it’s not my kitchen.

Apparently there is enough space, and there is also enough storage and workspace according to calculations, but the layout is suboptimal. The largest contiguous area is located in the furthest corner and in front of the main window sash. However, from experience, machines are placed there, so work simply cannot be done there. If the kitchen is only meant to be for show, that could work, otherwise I would also enlarge the island into a peninsula here and reduce the window. Then preparation can take place next to the stove. The site plan including height information of the property would be important if you absolutely want to plan with a living basement.

Still no site plan with the garage, house, and north arrow marked.

The question about the budget was ignored. Why?
