The corner cabinets in the dressing room cost you about 1 meter of usable space, so the second version is indeed larger in terms of floor area, but offers hardly any more storage space.

I actually addressed that as well. Wastewater probably does not need to go into the technical room and is discharged through downpipes to the outside around the house. Otherwise, the room layout is somewhat limited by the conditions on site in order to consistently follow the recommended concept of locating bathrooms/kitchen/utility room close to each other.

I don’t think the bathroom on the upper floor is very good yet. I’m not a fan of it, but maybe a T-solution would be better here?

What do you mean by corner cabinets? Both versions are straight.

I see it differently:

A ventilation system is planned and additionally an air conditioning system is still being considered.

However, I would not hesitate long with the window areas.
