What do you mean by corner cabinets? Both versions are linear.
A ventilation system is planned and additionally an air conditioning system is still being considered.

I actually addressed that as well. Wastewater probably does not need to go into the technical room and is discharged through downpipes to the outside around the house. Otherwise, the room layout is somewhat limited by the conditions on site in order to consistently follow the recommended concept of locating bathrooms/kitchen/utility room close to each other.
