Why does every company say something different about the static? Probably because every company uses different materials. If you plan the ground floor practically without load-bearing walls in the living room, only lightweight construction should be used on the floors above. Personally, I have no problem with that at all. Some don’t like it. But then you have to plan differently.
I find the separation between kitchen and living room more cozy with these fixed dimensions. Namely in a kitchen-living room and a living room. That simultaneously has the advantage that you can watch TV in the evening without half the house waking up because of the noise over the stairs:
