He did, here: and I would clearly call it "4711 double turbo" rather than "08/15" in that sense.

If this is run-of-the-mill, then we are currently planning a board shed...

Oh shit... All right! There is nothing to add to the comments in the original thread. I also planned with an architect. The first thing an architect does is listen to the client's wishes in order to assess their expectations. No architect plans blindly without information. After that, there is a first draft. This is not meant as an attack, but you apparently have no idea at all what costs what and what "normal standard" is. ... basically, you have cost yourself time and money & Baukindergeld.

Right 11ant. That was exactly our turning point – at least I thought so. That we could not and did not want to build it like that was clear afterwards.
That's why we restarted.
But that's not the point. Rather, the point is that the architect simply ignores our limit and keeps planning and planning, and in the end it even gets more expensive instead of cheaper.

Where exactly do you find someone who currently installs photovoltaics for 6K? At the moment, you get 2-3 kWp for that. Seriously, there was a time when 1 kWp cost about 1K, but with small systems this is by far not feasible at the moment. If other trades were estimated similarly and not based on current offers, it would really have gone wrong.

When are you finally going to tell us what was actually planned?

If the expectation is >200sqm on a slope plus a granny flat, you might as well tattoo your limit on your forehead. It simply remains unrealistic. The architect shows you this through the cost estimate.
