When buying a kitchen, it often happens that the budget is exceeded. However, builders have frequently shown up with estimates from architects where the estimate was based on the budget rather than the planned construction.

We were not present. The fact is, the OP communicated (perhaps the architect too). At least one did not understand the other - so they should part ways.

Unfortunately, in a disturbed sender-receiver model, it only helps if you replace the defective part of the two.

but he already wrote that he realized he went beyond the mark with the floor plan from the original thread. As I said, it’s all guessing now. I think the OP won’t respond anymore.

My guess is rather: yes, but only again after a five and a half month break.

You mean when he has used up the third architect? The problem is, it all comes at the expense of the already much too small budget!

But that is exactly why you go to an architect. Primarily, he is a service provider and has to adhere to the client's specifications. If he can't do that, then he simply doesn't get the contract. If that is his way to make money – that can backfire quite a bit. To stick with my kitchen example: I would never have given the contract for the kitchen for our house to that furniture store because I was so frustrated back then. And I told everyone who wanted to know (and certainly many who didn’t want to know) how stupid they are. I don’t know if it’s so clever to plan beyond the budget on your own authority. By the way: Something similar recently happened to acquaintances of ours with a very renowned prefab house manufacturer. Before the appointment, there were two providers to choose from, afterwards there was only one.
