The layout of the rooms is also a nightmare! The bay windows look visually misplaced.

A lot is missing here.

All that remains to be said is ... furnish these floor plans and especially try to accommodate proper closets on the upper floor. Is the dashed line on the upper floor (within this "beam" representation) the 2m line? What knee wall height is that then? I would be interested in the plot location ... because of the garages. The passage garage-utility room-hallway ... practically reduces the usable area in the utility room by almost 2 sqm.

I also don’t have shutters in the rooms (yes, for cost reasons) and in the two years that I have been living in the house, I have never missed them. I also wouldn’t know on what occasions I would have wanted to lower them. Otherwise, I am not an expert, but personally, I don’t like these curves on the dormers at all, and with friends who have balconies, they mostly just use them to put the drying rack on; otherwise, the balconies are often totally useless.

I once played Thies ... is this the site plan? So that the floor plans are set like this: Hm ... - Children to the north - Garage in the south (does it have to be placed in the building window or could it also be edge development?) - About 15 m from the street to the front door

Yes, you have correctly understood. - the small children's room is reserved anyway. There are three of us. The other room faces northwest. - Garage in the south: The garage does not have to be within the building window. But it must be at least 6m away from the street. I can't find a better place for the garage (due to access, slope) - 15m is a lot. I agree with that. I have not found another solution. - Knee wall: The 2m line is the dashed line. I raised the house by 25cm

What exactly costs €4,000 in the changes?

Oh dear... how high is the knee wall? How high are the windows at the upper edge and how much roof overhang is there?
I like the round dormers, barrel roof!
And I like slopes under the roof.
But honestly: liking and wanting to have are two different things – here it seems to me that the slopes overwhelm and hardly allow for living.
Maybe I have wrong ideas.
But for example, the toilet at the front on the edge must have 2 meter room height in order to be built according to all the rules of technology. I don’t see that here now.

Please fill out the questionnaire and furnish your house.
