The cold roof makes little sense in your design. We are talking about 10 m2 of insulation.

However, the attic is not usable. At most as storage or for technical equipment. You can't even stand upright there.

Your potential safeguard, however, involves quite a few additional costs: stairs, stairwell with walls and door, load-bearing ceiling structure, etc.
That all costs money. If money is no object, you can do it for the resulting storage space.

I just had a version of the floor plan sent to me (there are meanwhile X variants and fiddlings, which is what happens when you try things out) from home. I'll post it shortly.

I don't quite understand that yet. In what way are we talking about 10 m² of insulation with a cold roof here?

I had calculated that differently so far :p But it could well be that I'm mistaken.

I wouldn't want to do that just for storage space. Only if it could really become serious living space in the attic later.
Exactly such a comparative calculation ("insulation in the ceiling and cold roof" versus "expansion possibility upwards with all that entails") is basically what I asked for. It only needs to be very rough at first, but only that way can I judge whether it's more sensible to raise the tent roof as living space potential or rather seal the bulkheads in the attic and increase the floor area a bit.
If in doubt, this will be a task for the architect. At first, I had just hoped there would be enough experience here to roughly estimate it off the cuff. With the numbers, one could then do more than just "a bit more expensive," "much more expensive," and so on.

... and put in a lot of his own work, documented the construction very extensively with pictures, continued after an inexplicable post deletion (and now presumably taken the same phenomenon a second time as a reason to throw in the towel here). Sad.

Attached is a version of the floor plan. I hope it is one without the quirks from yesterday. Back then, I had discovered a measurement error, which then led me to redo all three floors  Oh well, these are anyway just first drafts for approximation.

Here I am still declaring 3 residential units. It is quite possible that in the end there will only be 2 residential units, meaning the attic will not be separated (this would require a lot of replanning, especially regarding the escape route). In that case, I would move the door to residential unit 2 to the staircase leading to the upper floor, so that the upper floor and attic form one unit and can then be closed off.
Yellow are doors/gates, blue are windows, with red I tried to visualize canopies. One box in the ground floor and upper floor is about 20 cm, one box in the attic is about 50 cm. I have not added dimensions yet. In the planning software you can read them out, the visualizations are still missing.

Edit: This is a version assuming the direct finishing of the roof (or at least part of it), so that the child has their domain there. Or us, we’ll see ;) If the roof is not finished directly, the floor plan on the upper floor would be more complicated (because then a transitional children’s room would have to be included).
