Okay. In any case, I will discuss this again with a "real expert" so that he can explain it to me.

For the moment, I hope you might help me along. I had thought something similar:

The picture shows quite well what I mean. The roof overhang extends forward beyond the foundation walls. The slope of the roof starts with the overhanging roof. Not on the foundation walls.
So far, in my amateurishness, I have also been inspired a lot by pictures I have seen. Am I overlooking something here? Or is the house in the picture ultimately executed like I did in my sketch?
You see that very often with hip roofs of urban villas. Therefore, I assumed that this is normal and based my calculations on it.

Please yourself: For someone who has plans, you know too little about basics and facts. One could also say: without homework, you get an F. Sit down. There are so many inconsistencies with you, also in definitions, which you would really first google and check Wikipedia for if you aim for something big. You can see it here yourself: most people don’t even answer anymore… because it sounds like an unfeasible project. Your house is apparently being built higher from answer to answer. First of all, I would ask completely different questions in a forum, but well: to each their own. I’m out now. When the water tower is then planned with the starry sky windows, you can show it :)

Yes, the money question. Man, man, everything is doable if you splash out the cash. I thought you were concerned with cost optimization – instead, they're using material here like there's no tomorrow.

Yes. I am currently in the process of reading up, and I am certainly not secure in all terms. However, I have also not yet written X thousand posts in a house building forum. You surely have a few lessons ahead of you. I am also sure I am still far from having a complete overview, but when I look left and right in my circle of acquaintances, building has started with far less planning and reading up.
I want to do it differently and am willing, if necessary, to be insulted in a forum by more experienced people. That was not quite my dream of the exchange, but well. You take what you get. I can only slowly familiarize myself with it.

Which ones? I have already asked a few times about the misconceptions and misjudgments so that I can correct them. Great that you see them. Of course, it would be super if you could point them out to me so that I can change something about them.
For example, you calculate without a protractor and talk about values, while my drawing program, with an exact 35-degree line, now outputs the sketch above. Can’t you just admit that you were off and it really is a bit more than your 20 square meters? It’s not a big deal.
And if you see inconsistencies: why not just ask nicely? Maybe I can explain them after all. Or I see that you are right and have learned something. That would be more constructive for both of us, wouldn’t it?

"Apparently" fits quite well. However, I am not the one creating this impression. With all due respect: The only one who constantly talks about the fact that the project I planned needs to be even bigger and taller and whatnot is ... you. I have been working on a rough floor plan for several weeks. It is not yet finalized in every corner, but relatively advanced. The areas and heights are fixed (unless there are later reasons against it). I do not intend to build bigger or spend more money than necessary. So please stop accusing me of that.

And again... I asked a simple question. Why is it so hard to just respond to what was asked instead of always being on the offensive?
The picture I posted exists in similar form dozens of times. Is this a particularly expensive, incredibly difficult to execute construction? Or are such pictures ultimately just a plain hip/tent roof with a larger roof overhang that can be executed well like this?
For the planning of a possible living area in the attic, that would be good for me to know.

Yes, I can! It also works without for me. You wrote something about "without KS," so I'm not wrong there, I even beautified the numbers. Good night!

That would be nice. What does KS mean?
