2 bungalows on 3000 sqm - multi-generation project

The garage somehow still has to be at the front there.

The garage is secondary and gets the space that is left over.

To give another update here:

The house is finished, except for small details like baseboards and individual fixtures, and the exterior work is in progress. The acceptance is planned for the end of December (also because of the VAT ;) ).

The floor plan remained the same as the Atrium house and only underwent a few minor changes. Contrary to the plan, we also changed the WC/shower in the master bathroom again during the shell construction.


A few impressions:

I like it very much! It’s something completely different. I’m curious to see how it will look when the kitchen is installed and the courtyard is designed. I would be happy to get an update when that is the case. Enjoy your new house!

Integrated skatepark. Not just the 11 m like with us from door to door. Thank you for the pictures. Some things that bothered me at first still bother me. Nevertheless, it’s a completely different project. Everything looks coherent. I’m curious to see how the atrium behaves. Stagnant heat, light, etc.

If the atrium is optimal with warmth and light, it still has privacy. Actually only advantages

I also think that we will spend more time sitting in the atrium. In summer, it is not as hot, and in autumn, it stays warm longer. The shading was also installed today, basically a winter garden shutter with perforation to let light in even when closed.
