Why? - "put together" and "quick shot" describe it very accurately, and it will probably be quite close to what will be planned nicer after the offer, so it will fulfill the preliminary purpose.

Not much, because a true "villa" can't be made out of the volume; and otherwise various things: the bathroom really only represents the size and the type and number of sanitary fixtures.

Cooked with love would be different, but for estimating a price this is definitely enough.

-Why is the design the way it is now? Rough design by the planner according to our specifications for cost estimation
-What do you think makes it particularly good or bad? Kitchen and living room too narrow.

The plan concerns plot 6!

I have answered the questions as far as possible.

Something has already been said about the size of the living space - in such a narrow space, there is little sense of comfort. Even if you want/should stay as a couple: think about how much storage space is needed. I don't see that here. With a child, it's even more difficult. I find the bathroom terrible. When you come in, you have to be lucky if no one is opening the shower door and I don't break the room door like that, and running to the toilet is a real hassle. I would completely rethink and redesign that. Overall, you can tell it's "cobbled together." With such an afterthought (quickly and just like that) you don't plan a house where you want to live and reside for the next decades!

And how should the house be placed on the property? Driveway from the east? Is there no building envelope for the house? What are the dimensions of the property? Will the neighboring plots be developed as shown? OG .. bathroom and dressing room are both not good. EG .. always consider the path from the source (kitchen) to the garden. It also seems to end in a zigzag here.

Yes, Kerstin, it is drawn in - free pass :)

Yes, that question remained unanswered from the last thread.

The whole thing was a quick shot for approximate pricing. There is nothing really planned regarding the floor plan, just approximate wishes.

Due to the holidays, we have not yet been able to find out where the sewage shafts are located, and ultimately, whether the house should be located in the east or west depends on that.
