Then honestly, there’s no point in continuing here.

Additionally, you have just restricted your profile so much that one can no longer access the other thread. That makes me angry.
It’s simply no fun, basic information is missing.
What are people thinking when they create such a post and keep having to be forced to provide basic information, if it even exists at all.
I don’t get paid for my help here. Therefore, after 3 empty posts in each thread, palimpalim-rambling around, I will set myself to invisible. Have fun!
Yes, exactly: my resolution for next year: to ignore questioners with their questions without info. Use the time better!

And then one is supposed to evaluate a quick decision ... sorry ... the question was already asked in the old thread (by the way, I also find it particularly annoying when you cannot see what else a thread starter has already written), the information is not provided here, etc. Yes , one should take control oneself and simply ignore threads that from the start do not at least contain the information referred to in the forum header ;).

Maybe you didn’t recognize my question from #7 as such, so I’ll rephrase it again:

You received a draft of two floor plans. Apparently, the impression is not only mine that the purpose of this draft as a "calculation dummy" is also the only purpose to which the planning passion contained in it does justice.

You don’t build a house to hang yourself in it, but to "come home" in it, and for a gain in living quality by a whole octave compared to staying a tenant.

For this level, a calculation dummy is clearly not enough – and from this arises the question: why should we nevertheless take this draft as the starting point for a discussion about improvements?

Since I have my nasty little grandmother tricks to find threads again, here you go @Yvonne&Kerstin:

The ground floor is exactly the flair of Town & Country, I would say ;-)

Yes, it looks like one of the Flairs (there are several different sizes)... although they usually each have a door from the hallway into the kitchen, I believe

In case anyone might still be interested, here are our planning stages so far.

The house will be, WITHOUT GARAGE, at a fixed turnkey price (including clinker at 1000€ per 1000 pcs, tiles at 35€ per m², vinyl 30€ per m², plastered and painted white), KFW55, underfloor heating everywhere, electric shutters everywhere, central controlled residential ventilation, gas condensing boiler with solar for hot water and heating, at 245,000€.

Attached are a few pictures.
