Moin! Which question did you still want answered?
Yes, I will soon be meeting several general contractors to request quotes. So probably professionals/planners. I just wanted to have a first draft for orientation first...

Try it with the garage detached from the house and possibly the entrance from the west side. Then the corridor could be eliminated. I would remove the room called [Büro]. Arrangement southeast as far as possible

You read a bit inattentively there – I certainly do not demonize garages close to the house and am merely speaking from the experience of the many house positioning threads I have already read and followed here (I have been here for about two and a half years and have also read most threads from before my time going back another year). You often see that you can often fit house and garage better on the property if you briefly disconnect the trailer to park. Sorry, forgot the irony button But that’s exactly what I meant: the topic “garage” is highly emotional – if I dare to mention the golden calf “connecting door,” I get looked at incredulously to horrified, as if I had confessed to killing a dog.

If you’re asking yourself that, then you don’t even know what boundary construction is?!

You are careless. Some people here (not me) have asked you things. It might work if I now read all the passages again and copy them in here, but it’s your thread, so please take the trouble or just drop it.

Garage as far as possible to the southeast would result in the following picture:

An option would then be to make the pedestrian entrance from the path, so as not to give the package delivery person too long a view of the garden.
That also means a long driveway.
In your case, there should also be a hedge or privacy screen between the sidewalk and driveway. The main lawn area has a nice west orientation.
We have a southern access and the picture is basically rotated by 90°. At first, I was annoyed by the long driveway, but currently it’s not so bad, as my daughter can ride her toy car there unsupervised (e.g. during gardening). Since we have a nice garden next to the driveway, we didn’t need a privacy screen there and now have a flower bed between the lawn and the driveway.

The floor area ratio still needs to be checked here. But roughly, this is how I had imagined it as well.
