Nice plot!

Why? Why does one want a "garage directly in the house"?
I can understand the wish to have a short way from the garage to the house, although I would never favor a direct entrance if it causes other disadvantages. But INSIDE the house?

One does not exclude the other.

No, no space in the garden is wasted space.

Has to??? Why not in the west?

The plot is predestined for a short driveway and the garage then as a privacy screen.
If you want a vegetable garden, it should also be easily accessible from the kitchen.

I rather see an L-shape fitting the plot. Children's rooms to the south, west terrace in the corner... there are more possibilities; you have to see how it works out.
You can additionally bring in sunlight through staggered shed roofs or skylights.

Basically, make sure the children have it somewhat quieter and that the access to the common room does not become a bottleneck.
The advantage of a bungalow should be used: being able to look out into a garden and access it from all sides.

Dressing room too narrow, bedroom quite tight, office is awesome, no storage space, with 4.5 meters no dining area including kitchen with counter is possible. The corner in the southeast would be wasted, the dining area has no room.

I would rather call it the other way around, a double garage with an attached chauffeur's apartment - nice that your cars let you live on the same property - but hasn't someone turned the master-pet relationship upside down here? Not only in the floor plan - of course there too: relative to the garage, all the subsequent rooms are little boxes, the pinnacle being the work chamber. But in my opinion, the planning errors start with the world tour, you almost need a car just to get from the driveway to the garage. To hell with the stupid connecting door, place the garage closer to the driveway and let the house enjoy the property. With this property layout, on the other hand, it literally stands with its a** against the wall. Even people who socially define themselves by their cars could, with a little goodwill (and with this property size easily!), live much more beautifully.

The problem already begins with the garage access road:

If the driveway is also 5 meters away from the property boundary, I would like to see how the garage is supposed to be driven into.

Then, the garage/house entrance exactly steals the cloakroom space.

Living room ... bottom right corner is wasted space, but because of that the area around the table is inconvenient.

-----------
What is allowed as a boundary construction? Garage? This one really calls to be placed in the south after about 10 meters of driveway.

Morning... unfortunately, I didn't manage to do it earlier due to time constraints..... I have taken some suggestions on board and changed a few things. Among other things, the location of the house. The utility room is now also a bit bigger and there is space for a wardrobe in the slightly larger hallway. The study can remain small like this. It's not really a home office... There should only be room for a desk and a filing cabinet. We "work" there for a maximum of one hour per week. In your opinion, are there still any major errors or problems to be found? Regards

A few minor points related only to the floor plan;

- Are 3 windows necessary in the garage?
- I would move the doors further to the right in the utility room and place upper and lower cabinets on the left side. Otherwise, in my opinion, it’s wasted space.
- The hallway is too narrow and too dark without a window at 1.3x6.3m
- In the WC, if possible, move the door to the shower so that 1-2 cabinets can be placed there.
- Child 2 room is unfortunately very small (additionally loses square meters due to the tiny passage)
- Bathroom and master bedroom have exactly the same door arrangement as in the utility room and WC
- Office is far too small and will 100% become a storage closet (as already mentioned)
- What kind of window is that in the bedroom behind the bed?
- Distances between the kitchen island and kitchen units?
- Distance between kitchen units and dining table? Keep in mind that when the chair is pushed back, you will have even less space. Does that even fit?

PS: What is that 0.3 m² between the kitchen and living room?

I see it somewhat differently than 11ant regarding the garage. A garage directly attached to the house is extremely practical. In rain, snow, cold, etc. Heavy things can also be more easily brought from the car into the house. This also has nothing to do with the definition of the vehicle. I find the garage somewhat narrow inside. Especially if additional parking space next to it is to be used (as indicated). I agree with him on the other rooms. I would rather start all over again.
