Ah, ok...
I wouldn't say that financial economists are exceptionally creative when it comes to design planning.
However, I also don't think they believe they can do everything.

If we are only supposed to confirm the design here, this is the wrong forum.

I agree with that - however, it is also important to weigh the benefits between on one hand "garage close to the house is practical" and on the other hand "but it is also practical to connect the building structures of house and garage." A lot of problematic plot placements can quickly be resolved if one simply questions the rigid attachment of house and garage to each other.

Then I will put it this way. For me, it would not be an option to have the garage not attached to the house in a new building. For me, the practical aspects outweigh everything else. That this sometimes leads to difficulties in placement/layout is undeniable.

However, with this plot of land, one has to swallow a toad. However, it will not be as hard to swallow if you place the garage to the south and cleverly arrange the entrance as well as the terrace. does not necessarily mean the shared wall, but the passage between garage and house. Since we are talking here about a house with 130 sqm, too many square meters are lost here, which the house—decoupled—could use again for itself and for living purposes.

I generally mean everything that creates a "rigid" connection between the building structures and thus unnecessarily makes them jointly something cumbersome, when they would be more property-compatible if considered individually. I am not an opponent of connection (door) but merely a questioner.
