Yes, architect from the GÜ. Here I simply have to have ideas myself as well so that in the end I am at least somewhat satisfied...

The total width of the protruding building parts must not exceed 1/3 of the building width.

By the way, this means the total width of all bay windows. If you have 11.5 meters as the building width, you may have a maximum total bay window width of 11.5 / 3 meters, so overall stay under 4 meters.

I have linked the development plan above. Point A4.3 actually deals with exceeding the building boundaries. The last paragraph is then the sentence you quoted. Does this then no longer concern exceeding the building boundaries?
