The total width of the projecting building parts must not exceed 1/3 of the building width.
So: for me, the sentence from the development plan is not to be interpreted!
I stay out of the other matters because I do not know.
If others see it differently, they have also commented on it.
To my knowledge, there is no architect in this forum, nor has anyone here advised you. Your architect seems to be just a rubber-stamper in the double sense. Also a dud.
However, we all advise you to go to an architect – the word correct (correct architect) was left out – must that now be interpreted?
You never responded to that!
A (correct) architect knows how to bend the clear words of the rules without violating them. For him, this is basic knowledge from the first seminar... none of us took a seminar, and also all textbooks for the general public cannot provide the knowledge taught in studies.
P.S. and in #19 I posted you the HBF link: it definitely states that experienced people and clients give answers here about floor plans – no architects!
