Well, I'd say the parapet height of 130 is seen more often on houses, so it can't be that bad... of course, where it makes sense... for me, it makes sense in the bathroom. Honestly, I wouldn’t know where else to set a parapet height of 55.
We have also noticed the issue with the doors... the utility room... we just wanted to go directly from the garage into the storage room or kitchen. The garage doesn’t get an adjoining room anyway, it was only drawn here fictitiously. The garage is only equipped with a door to the garden and into the house. The bathroom already makes sense with two doors opposite the children’s room, doesn’t it? And always having to walk around from the bedroom is also annoying. The storage room is under the stairs, I wouldn’t know why I should leave it out?
