You don't have to "put everything under one roof." Plan from the inside out and leave something out where it makes sense.

where do you think one could set color accents? oh, you meant the north side with the window in the kitchen... unfortunately, that’s not possible there, the kitchen is completely against the wall... aside from that, you can’t see the lower area from that side anyway... because there is a garage yard right there and a fence will be put up.
