A house appears most beautiful to me with a modern and above all timeless shape, color accents can support that. Good painters and architects have an eye for it, I can only say whether I like it or not, and the house in the picture does not look at me kindly.

Does this apply to both executions with the different parapet heights?

do not make the windows dependent on the color accents, but on what you want to see from the inside, standing, sitting and lying down. when I play on the floor with children, I also like the view outside. at the same time, views into the bedroom should not go below the belt. we did this with floor-to-ceiling windows and [Raffstores]

I already did: get rid of the hassle of the fore- and recesses - at least where they are still different on the EG and OG - and the corner windows (wtf does the ibs. need those for when showering and on the toilet?), wipe off the Smokey Eyes. Then the way is clear for step 2: plan from the inside out. Just sleep on it one night, so that I can boldly claim Confucius said it: "less design is more design" (but it could also have been Gropius or LC, or none of the three - the main thing is that it's true). Brush away the attitude, then the aesthetics can breathe!

By back steps you mean the ones at the corner windows, right? Oh well, whatever, I’m completely confused today... but I also doubt it will look different tomorrow... and I really don’t have time to replan anymore, I actually wanted to release the thing by the end of the week.
