Sorry, but you just don’t do that, taking legal action against your own grandpa with a lawyer??

I would clarify the insurance. And otherwise, try to have a proper conversation with grandpa.

If he’s threatening to emigrate, either you started the conversation completely wrong or he’s a bit off...

In the end, you have to sort it out among yourselves.
Or swallow the bitter pill and let him try to sell the windows further.

Respect, that is your grandpa and you speak about him like that, settle it within the family.

It would also be interesting to know what was paid as a favor under the table. Let's be honest, if that is the case, you can't run to a lawyer anyway.

But aluminum is not the smooth one that has the wood grain?! Aluminum "structure" has this sand texture, which is listed on the sheet there when it is coated!

Grainy should be the sand texture.

Well, show that in a photo. To be honest, I can’t imagine that it looks terrible or that it’s really that sad.

436-7003 can be googled, and at least for me, it always comes up as the sandblasted, for you grainy anthracite color.

And who said it up above? For a cellphone, you go to stores and check the feel as well as connectivity, handling, etc., and check online the storage capacity, GB, and a bunch of other little things.

What did you find under 436-7003???

May I ask what kind of company your grandfather has if he can just threaten to go back to Thailand like that? How old is he?
To me, this reads like a too heated summer... sorry!

Edit: Attachment shows coated aluminum. Not your color, but precisely your grainy structure. And this was ordered, wasn’t it, or am I mistaken???

Please definitely provide pictures. Otherwise, we are just talking like the "blind about colors"

There is this receipt after all – it’s nothing more than that. At least for the lamination, there is a number included. That should be the one in the color chart. If not, he should have had it changed.
There is nothing at all about the profiles there – so I’d say tough luck.
Windows ordered – windows delivered. In case of doubt, the receipt will count.
