Window - Incorrect advice, wrong window product installed

What legal form does your grandpa represent and who did he have it made by?

I spent hours at the window maker's shop looking at everything! And then I knew what to order. I find such behavior in the family much more heartbreaking than the windows!

Zaba12 respect for such insinuations... "what all slipped under the table" (don't take it personally, I just find it sad). I strongly assume that the OP couldn't imagine the whole thing entirely and now there has to be someone to blame. Now it's grandpa... on the other hand, the OP didn't even mention what and how much he paid for the windows. Maybe he wanted it cheap, cheaper, etc.

A lawyer will not necessarily help you, the question is what exactly you signed in the order. Everything else will then be difficult to prove. Can you perhaps upload some pictures? At first it seems as if you received DB 703 instead of RAL 7016. Although a smooth RAL 7016 also shines a lot, the DB 703 (I have something similar myself) appears "matte" in comparison and only contains iron mica.

My post is questioning and not insinuating. Besides, you can’t tell me that when you order windows from your grandpa, a fully comprehensive invoice is issued as if you were ordering/hiring a stranger. So please don’t tell me things like that. What is family for if you’re already doing business with them.
