So, here with the plot,
Here with dimensions and more realistic wall thicknesses
You got it. My thoughts were similar. I want a practical place that meets my requirements.

That’s why I am posting this here as well. I personally like my plan. But I want to build it so that it might also be interesting as a holiday home for a couple.
wrote "Indeed, I can’t imagine living in these rooms lined up one after the other. It has little spirit and homeliness. It starts at the entrance, passes the narrow spot by the kitchen, goes into an open space with the computer room, and oh yes, the living room is still attached. Then the window arrangement. I can’t imagine how it will look with a roof on. Is the bottom left a training room? What is the room in front of it without windows? Also, a huge bathroom with two doors in a single-person household?"
I want to keep plastering work as low as possible, therefore no hallways. I find the narrow spot by the kitchen interesting, it also bothered me a bit. I will reconsider it now, thanks. The computer room is the most important, the living room is secondary for me. I spend at least twice as much time at the PC. Therefore, the main focus is on the PC workspace. The shed is bottom right. I want it integrated into the house. Top right is the hobby room where maybe an air mattress can be placed for guests and where I can record YouTube videos.
I don’t think the bathroom is that huge. The sauna needs its space and I want a shower without glass because I don’t want to clean glass. Two doors, yes, that’s how it is.
wrote "...emotionally I think it is subjectively completely logical." Yeah, it is...
But I’m here to gather impressions. And today I will sit down and change the plan based on the impressions and post it here again.
What I like about my plan:
Great view of the entire vegetable garden
Terrace on the south side and I also get the sunset through the windows in the west.
Super wind-protected terrace. I live 10 km from the North Sea and there is regular wind, so I will also consider that in the garden design and hope to create a very wind-protected outdoor seating area.
I wanted a hobby room, which can be another bedroom for others if I sell it.
Important for me is that the toilet is directly accessible from the living kitchen and bedroom.
No hallways.
Open ceiling in the living room.
Lots of space in the kitchen. I spend at least 2 hours daily in the kitchen (clean eater). Yesterday I made grains and baked fresh bread. That’s why it’s also important to have direct access from the kitchen to the garden for herbs and vegetables.
Living room, PC room, and kitchen are not visible from the street.
Shed integrated into the house.
As close as possible to the property boundary on the north side, I don’t see it anyway and don’t want much maintenance work there.
Complete embankment on the east and south side, about 2 meters high earth wall.
