You should also comply with standards and not draw dollhouse furniture. If the house is to be sold or rented later, normal furniture should fit in, even if you currently have "single furniture." A wardrobe, for example, has a minimum depth of 60 cm; the standard for two people is three meters. There should be enough walking space between the wardrobe and the bed. A toilet is 35 cm wide, with 30 cm on the left and right sides.
A dining table with chairs around it should fit in the PC corner, so at least 3 x 3 meters. Space for a TV should also be provided.

There seems to be space on the property, although I can imagine that being 10 km from the North Sea is rural, and therefore probably has a floor area ratio of 0.1. You should check that before the whole planning is for nothing.
