I don't make any billing at all. So taxes and stuff don't interest me anyway. Hold the RFID chip to the box and charge. Unplug or put the RFID chip back on and the charging process ends. The consumed electricity is reported online and once a month I receive a billing from the service provider. There is also no distinction between photovoltaic power and grid power.

MID yes, otherwise you are wrong. You don't need a calibrated meter.
